Abstract Summary

To achieve this hypothesis, we used mice deficient in p2rx4 gene [P2X4R knockout (KO) mice]. Western blotting, high performance liquid chromatography and immunohistochemistry were used to characterize the changes in key components of dopamine system between P2X4R KO and wildtype mice.
