The dress code for the DIA Annual Meeting is business casual. Neckties, business suits, or other business attire are acceptable but not necessary. The Convention Center may be chilly so bring a sweater or jacket. Comfortable shoes are a must.

Private Social Functions
DIA does not allow hospitality functions to be held during any DIA educational offerings, scheduled Exhibit Hall hours, or social events. Below are the only hours that are acceptable for hospitality functions:
Saturday, June 13 — All times are acceptable
Sunday, June 14 — All times are acceptable
Monday, June 15 — Before 8:00AM and after 6:30PM
Tuesday, June 16 — Before 8:00AM and after 5:00PM
Wednesday, June 17 — Before 8:00AM and after 5:00PM
Thursday, June 18 — Before 9:00AM and after 12:15PM

Exhibit Hall Access
Your meeting registration includes access to the Exhibit Hall on Monday thru Wednesday when the Hall is open. DIA does not allow access to the Exhibit Hall to anyone under the age of 18.
Participants with Disabilities
DIA event facilities and overnight accommodations are accessible to persons with disabilities. Services will be made available to sensory-impaired persons attending the event if requested at least 15 days prior to event. Email AnnualMeetingProgram@diahome.org to indicate your needs.
By attending the DIA 2015 51st Annual Meeting you give permission for images of you, captured during the meeting through video, photo, and/or digital camera, to be used by DIA in promotional materials, publications, and website and waive any and all rights including, but not limited to compensation or ownership.
Video Recording Policy
DIA does not permit video recording of live sessions. If you wish to video record a speaker’s presentation, please contact AnnualMeetingProgram@DIAHome.org to make arrangements.

Name badges may be picked up at the appropriate registration desk when arriving at the Convention Center. Badges must be worn at all times while in the Convention Center. If you have misplaced your badge, you will be required to have a badge reprinted. Please visit Attendee Onsite Registration. Identification will be required. Please note, allowing exhibitors to scan the QR code on the front of your badge will provide them with your contact information.
Selection of Offerings
Seating for educational offerings is on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees should be prepared with an alternate selection in the event that a room is filled to capacity.
